Sorted roughly from most recent to oldest.
I didn't draw it, but I did color and shade it. It's the first time I tried what I call 'split shading and lighting', which allows me to change things quickly without messing up other parts. Apparently it's some webcomic character. The BG is just a blurred screenshot from Morrowind.
A quick, fun sketch that I made in Grappa. Even though it doesn't really suit my aesthetic tastes, it still makes me grin when I see it.
This is concept art for an RPG I'm taking part in developing. This beetle, called an Achis, is sentient, intelligent, and makes up for its unimpressive stature with psychic powers and advanced understanding of energy physics. It's really much cooler than it sounds. Yes, it's wearing a necklace.
This is a recent desktop background of mine.. It's a mix of a picture of a Bahamas storm and some woods from Florida.
It's an edited picture from the game Morrowind, made for a school project. (It's the Burnt Mountain from 'Lord of the Flies'.)
No real point for this one, I just wanted to see a blue rose. I later used it in the background of a banner I made for a site I frequent. I could have done better, but I'm still learning.
I was trying a raytracing engine called 'Mojoworld', and this came out. Much as I like this picture, I didn't keep Mojoworld.
I made this Jack-O-Lantern for 2005. One side of the mouth broke, but I managed to fix it with a pin.
This is something I actually drew by hand, using nothing but a cheap pen. It's about 3 inches tall, and it surprised me how well this doodle turned out. It's based on the design of the original Half-Life 2 Combine Elite. I'm still shocked that I didn't mess anything up, considering that I didn't sketch it with a pencil beforehand.
Ensayia, a fellow gamer I know, has wanted to start a personal website for us several times. It usually went like this: "Hey, let's make a website." "Okay, tell me how you want it laid out and I'll make us graphics." "Just make it however you want." "Sure. Here. Works as shown in the animated gif." "Gah, we can't do /that/!!"
This is my previous background. It's a picture of a storm in the Bahamas (I'm pretty sure). I edited it a bit...
+2 points if you can tell me what I did.
One of my better pixel art pictures. It's based on the design of the Enforcer unit from the game Dark Reign 2 (a pretty game, progressive, but not really that good). I did it all by hand, not even using a line tool or mirroring.

I made these two in Bryce, a raytracing program. The upper one was based on some tutorial I found online. In the end, I disliked Bryce's interface and limitations so much that I got rid of it.
